Design and ship the agentic systems that plan, execute, and verify advisory work end-to-end. This is deep, frontier work where correctness and traceability are non-negotiable; every claim the system makes has to hold up to scrutiny.

• Own orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails across multi-step LLM pipelines
• Prototype, measure, and harden in tight loops: you decide what ships
• Work directly with founders and real users, with weeks between idea and production
• Exceptional, independent engineers who want an outsized role in what gets built

Lead the infrastructure behind a multi-region, security-first platform handling sensitive client data. You will own how we deploy, scale, observe, and secure the system as we grow across regions.

• Architect reliability, performance, and data-residency across regions
• Set the standards for deployment, observability, and security the rest of the team builds against
• Operate independently and make the calls on how we run production
